WHOLESALE POLICIES
MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum wholesale order is $150.00.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in full is required before shipment.
FREIGHT AND SHIPPING
Freight is prepaid by Sankar Seasonals and added to the customer's final invoice.
RETURNS AND FINAL SALES
All wholesale sales are considered final. Returns require prior authorization from Sankar Seasonals. Approved returns are subject to return-shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
DAMAGE AND SHORTAGE CLAIMS
Damage, shortage, or incorrect-item claims must be submitted within three business days of delivery. Email the order number, item numbers, quantities affected, and clear photographs of the products and packaging to orders@sankarseasonal.com.
APPROVED CLAIMS
Approved claims will be resolved through replacement merchandise or a credit applied to the customer's account, at Sankar Seasonals' discretion.
